Коротко

Сам застосунок не збирає про вас нічого: ваш прогрес зберігається лише на вашому пристрої й нікуди не надсилається. Але в TailVerbs є реклама — за винагороду, яку ви вмикаєте самі заради помічника, і коротка між партіями. Рекламу постачає стороння служба, Google AdMob, і вона збирає власні дані. Що саме — описано нижче. Є й одна покупка, яка прибирає рекламу між партіями; проводить її Google Play, і платіжних даних застосунок не бачить.

Які дані зберігає застосунок

TailVerbs зберігає лише ваші налаштування та історію гри:

ваші налаштування: тема оформлення, звук, вібрація, мова значень, розмір поля, чи показувати в грі інші значення дієслова;
історію останніх партій у кожному з трьох режимів: коли партія завершилася, скільки тривала, рахунок, скільки було пар, помилок і використаних помічників;
які дієслова траплялися останніми, щоб наступні партії не повторювали їх одразу.

Ці дані зберігаються виключно в пам'яті вашого пристрою, у файлі даних застосунку. Вони нікуди не надсилаються, і ми до них доступу не маємо.

за винагороду — не з'являється сама: ви вмикаєте її, коли хочете отримати помічника (підказку, скасування ходу, кишеню, заміну завдання тощо);
між партіями — коротке оголошення, яке інколи показується, коли ви відкриваєте режим або починаєте нову партію. Поверх поля під час гри реклами немає. Її можна прибрати назавжди покупкою, описаною нижче.

Щоб дібрати й показати оголошення, Google може обробляти:

рекламний ідентифікатор вашого пристрою (Advertising ID) — його можна скинути або вимкнути в налаштуваннях Android;
технічні дані пристрою: модель, версію операційної системи, мову, приблизне місцезнаходження на рівні країни чи міста (визначене за IP-адресою, не за GPS);
дані про взаємодію з рекламою — які оголошення були показані й натиснуті.

Ці дані обробляє Google, а не ми: ми не отримуємо їх і не маємо до них доступу. Що саме робить Google, описано в його документах: Політика конфіденційності Google та Як Google використовує дані партнерських застосунків.

Згода. Якщо ви перебуваєте в Європейському економічному просторі, Великій Британії або Швейцарії, під час першого запуску застосунок запитає вашу згоду на персоналізовану рекламу. Без згоди персоналізована реклама не показується. Змінити своє рішення можна будь-коли — у налаштуваннях застосунку, пункт «Налаштування конфіденційності».

Покупка

У TailVerbs є одна покупка — «Без реклами»: одноразова, прибирає рекламу між партіями назавжди. Реклама за винагороду лишається, бо її ви вмикаєте самі.

Покупку проводить Google Play. Платіжні дані ви вводите в Google, а не в застосунок: він їх не запитує, не бачить і не зберігає. Від Google застосунок отримує лише підтвердження самої покупки — чи куплено, чи ні — і зберігає цю відповідь на пристрої, щоб не питати про неї щоразу. Як Google обробляє платежі, описано в Політиці конфіденційності Google.

Відновити покупку на іншому пристрої можна тим самим обліковим записом Google Play, яким її зроблено.

Чого застосунок не робить

не збирає ім'я, e-mail, номер телефону чи будь-які інші контактні дані;
не визначає точне місцезнаходження й не має доступу до GPS;
не має доступу до камери, мікрофона, контактів, фото чи файлів;
не створює облікових записів і не потребує реєстрації;
не передає нікуди вашу історію гри, зокрема й рекламній службі.

Діти

Застосунок не призначений для дітей молодше 13 років, і ми свідомо не збираємо інформацію від них. Реклама налаштована так, щоб не показувати матеріали для дорослої аудиторії. Якщо ви батько чи мати й вважаєте, що ваша дитина надала нам якісь дані, напишіть нам — хоча, як описано вище, застосунок таких даних не збирає.

Видалення даних

Щоб стерти все, що зберіг застосунок, досить видалити його: разом із ним із пристрою зникає і файл із вашими налаштуваннями та історією.

Рекламний ідентифікатор до застосунку не належить — скинути або видалити його можна в налаштуваннях Android: Налаштування → Google → Реклама.

Зміни до цієї політики

Якщо те, які дані обробляються, зміниться, ми оновимо цю сторінку до випуску відповідної версії застосунку й змінимо дату вгорі.

In short

The app itself collects nothing about you: your progress is kept on your device alone and is never sent anywhere. TailVerbs does show ads, though — rewarded ones, which you start yourself to get a helper, and a short one between games. The ads come from a third party, Google AdMob, which collects data of its own; what it collects is set out below. There is also one purchase, which removes the ads between games; Google Play handles it, and the app never sees your payment details.

What the app stores

TailVerbs keeps only your settings and your game history:

your settings: theme, sound, vibration, the language of the meanings, the size of the field, and whether a game shows a verb's other meanings;
the last rounds of each of the three modes: when the round ended, how long it lasted, the score, and how many pairs, mistakes and helpers it took;
which verbs came up recently, so that the next rounds do not repeat them straight away.

All of this is stored on your device only, in the app's own data file. It is not sent anywhere, and we have no access to it.

Advertising

TailVerbs shows two kinds of ads, both supplied by Google AdMob:

rewarded — these never appear on their own: you start one when you want a helper (a hint, an undo, the pocket, a new quest, and so on);
between games — a short ad shown now and then as you open a mode or start a new round. Nothing is ever laid over the field while you play. A purchase, described below, removes these for good.

To choose and show an ad, Google may process:

your device's advertising ID, which you can reset or switch off in the Android settings;
technical details of the device: its model, the version of the operating system, the language, and an approximate location at the level of a country or a city, worked out from the IP address rather than GPS;
how you interacted with the ads — which were shown and which were tapped.

This data is processed by Google, not by us: we neither receive it nor have access to it. What Google does with it is set out in its own documents: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent to personalised advertising when it first starts. Without that consent, personalised ads are not shown. You can change your answer at any time in the app's settings, under «Налаштування конфіденційності» (Privacy settings).

The purchase

TailVerbs has one purchase, «Без реклами» (Remove ads): a one-time purchase that removes the ads between games for good. Rewarded ads stay, because those are the ones you start yourself.

The purchase is handled by Google Play. You give your payment details to Google, not to the app: it never asks for them, never sees them and never stores them. All the app receives from Google is confirmation of the purchase itself — bought or not bought — which it keeps on the device so as not to ask again every time. The purchase can be restored on another device with the same Google Play account that made it.

What the app does not do

it does not collect your name, e-mail, phone number or any other contact details;
it does not determine your precise location and has no access to GPS;
it has no access to the camera, the microphone, your contacts, photos or files;
it creates no accounts and requires no registration;
it sends your game history nowhere, including to the advertising service.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The ads are configured not to show material for an adult audience. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us any data, please write to us — although, as described above, the app collects no such data.

Deleting your data

To erase everything the app has stored, uninstall it: the file with your settings and history goes from the device with it.

The advertising ID does not belong to the app — you can reset or delete it in the Android settings: Settings → Google → Ads.

Changes to this policy

If what is processed changes, we will update this page before the version of the app that changes it is released, and we will change the date at the top.
